Your Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work with qualified accounting and financial reporting for Brokk AB and Brokk Group. You'll work with parts of the closing process, accounting matters, and controlling related to the group's subsidiaries.
But the role involves more than ensuring the numbers add up. We're seeking someone who is curious about the business behind them. You want to understand how our companies operate, identify improvement opportunities, and think about what can actually make a difference. You'll also be an important part of developing, streamlining, and standardizing our financial processes and internal controls.
Since Brokk is part of an international group, you'll collaborate with colleagues and operations in other parts of the world. This may also involve business travel.
Your Profile
You have several years of experience with qualified accounting work and feel confident in the fundamentals. We'd like to see that you have experience with financial closing and a background in economics or accounting.
You're someone who takes responsibility, is curious, and isn't afraid to share ideas. You enjoy diving into new business areas and find it fun to think about how things can be done better. At the same time, you're pedagogical and service-minded, you enjoy collaborating, supporting others, and building good relationships.
Experience with, for example, group accounting and IFRS is a merit, as is knowledge of tax and VAT matters. If you've also worked with developing, automating, or standardizing financial processes, that's an added plus.
