In addition to our event venues, lunch restaurants, and cafés, we provide catering for both everyday occasions and special events. About the Job Would you like to work with accounting in a fast-paced company where no two days are the same? We are now seeking a colleague for our accounting department for a temporary position lasting approximately 12 months. The accounting function plays a central role in the company's management, and you will work closely with department heads. In addition to accounting for our various units, the function is responsible for the company's payroll management. Your Responsibilities As an accountant with us, you will have broad responsibility within accounting with a focus on ongoing bookkeeping and payroll management. Examples of tasks: - Ongoing bookkeeping - Accounts payable and accounts receivable - Internal billing - VAT and tax reporting - Monthly closing and participation in annual financial statements - Results reporting - Financial monitoring and analysis - Payroll administration and personnel-related administration - Vacation year-end closing and support function during salary reviews - Government agency contact Your Background We are looking for someone who has: - Post-secondary education in accounting, or work experience we consider equivalent - At least three years of experience in bookkeeping - Experience with payroll management - Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have experience with: - Working with accounting in a smaller company - Experience with the systems Caspeco and Fortnox - Strong Excel skills Your Personal Qualities To thrive and succeed in the role of accounting economist with payroll responsibility, you must be able to work at a fast pace, be communicative, and take responsibility independently. You need to be service-minded and professional in your interactions with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Since you will be working alone in this role, you need to be able to work independently, be solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude toward the fact that no two days are the same. We place great importance on personal suitability. Good to Know The position is a temporary contract at 100% to cover parental leave. The work takes place on-site at our offices at Fyrisborgsgatan 4. During your training period, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our current accountant.
