Accounting Economist / Finance Manager for Property Management Company in Stockholm

We are now recruiting on behalf of our client, an Accounting Economist for an established property management company that owns, manages and develops residential properties in the Greater Stockholm area. The company has extensive experience and strong expertise in the real estate sector, which guarantees long-term and responsible ownership. In the role as Accounting Economist, you will be an important part of a small and dedicated team with an office location in the city center. As Accounting Economist with us, you will have broad and varied responsibilities within accounting and financial administration. You will work closely with colleagues in finance and operations, and contribute to creating order, quality and security in our financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements • Support with budget and forecasting work • Support with ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations • Support with customer and supplier accounts • Contribute to development of routines and processes • Bank reconciliations • VAT and tax declarations • It is advantageous if you have payroll experience Your Profile: We are looking for someone who has: • At least 5 years of experience in accounting work, preferably in a similar role • Experience working in Fortnox • We would like to see that you have experience from the Real Estate sector • Basic understanding of accounting and financial flows • Comfortable working in a smaller company with close collaboration As a person you are: • Independent and responsible • Cooperative and flexible • Unpretentious and solution-oriented • Thorough and organized • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing We Offer: • A stable and developing role in a company with clear future plans • Opportunity to influence and develop in your professional role • A lovely and professional team • Competitive terms and benefits • Bright and nice office in the City Center Application: Interviews and selection will take place on an ongoing basis, please send your application as soon as possible.
