Accounting Specialist – become an important part of Omsorgshuset's continued development Are you a confident and self-directed accounting specialist who enjoys responsibility, structure, and having oversight of the big picture? Omsorgshuset is a growing care company with operations including personal assistance, LSS, HVB, and other care services. We are now seeking an accounting specialist who wants to help build a stable, professional, and well-functioning finance function. This is a role for someone who not only wants to record numbers – but who wants to understand the operations behind the numbers, identify discrepancies, and contribute knowledge and structure. 💼 About the Role You will have a broad and important role in our accounting work and will work closely with both management and operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping • Accounts receivable and accounts payable • Invoicing and payments • Account reconciliation and balance sheet verification • VAT and tax declarations • Monthly and annual financial statements • Financial monitoring and analysis • Results reporting to management and operations • Review and quality assurance of financial documentation • Contact with auditors, authorities, banks, and other external parties • Development and streamlining of accounting routines and processes You will also have the opportunity to influence how we manage accounting going forward. 👤 Who Are You?
