We are now strengthening the organization with an Accounting Controller. We are now looking for an Accounting Controller who wants to help develop the finance function and contribute to the company's continued success. About the Role As an Accounting Controller, you have a central role in the business and are responsible for both ongoing accounting as well as analysis, monitoring, and financial management. You work closely with the CFO and collaborate with all departments to ensure high quality in financial processes and decision-making materials. Your Main Responsibilities Responsible for ongoing accounting, VAT and tax management Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Responsible for budget, forecast, and follow-up work Prepare financial reports, analyses, and decision-making materials Monitor profitability, costs, hourly and machine costs, and calculations Project follow-up and project accounting Ensure quality and development of financial routines and processes Supervise and support accounting assistant We Are Looking for You You are a business school graduate with a focus on accounting, finance, or controlling and have at least five years of experience with qualified financial work. You have previously worked as a controller, finance manager, or in a similar role where you combined accounting with business analysis. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Experience with reporting, analysis, and monitoring of results and cash flow Good experience with ERP systems Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is an advantage if you also have experience with: Monitor ERP IFRS Tax calculations and VAT matters Project accounting and percentage of completion method Who Are You?
