Mindler was founded in Sweden in 2018 with a simple idea: psychological care should be accessible to everyone. A lot has happened since then. Today we operate in five markets and continue to grow. Now we're looking for an Accounting Manager at our office in central Stockholm who wants to help us become best in class! This is a role for you who genuinely loves accounting and who wants both the big picture and the details. You will lead the day-to-day accounting work and the team, while also having plenty of scope to develop processes, create structure, and automate. Mindler has grown rapidly and we've built as we've gone. That's why there's quite a bit to standardize and improve. The goal is to create an accounting function that is efficient and maintains high quality—without building a lot of unnecessary administration. The role is broad and suits you if you enjoy switching between discussing the group's development one moment and diving into the details of a reconciliation or a booking the next. Some examples of what you will do: Ensure that monthly and annual accounts are high quality and delivered on time. Manage the group's consolidation according to K3. Handle issues such as transfer pricing, acquisitions, tax calculations, and integration work. Develop accounting processes, controls, and working methods as well as reduce manual tasks.
