Ready for your next step in accounting? We are now seeking a driven accounting specialist for an exciting assignment with one of our clients. You will become part of the finance department and work closely with the accounting manager and colleagues in both finance and other areas of the business. The assignment offers an independent role with excellent development opportunities and support from experienced colleagues. Consulting assignment with good opportunity for transition to permanent employment with the client Responsibilities As an accounting specialist, you will work broadly with accounting processes, including: Invoicing and payment registration Accounts payable and payments Ongoing bookkeeping Monthly closing VAT declarations Fixed asset accounting Annual closing Income tax declarations Preparation of annual reports Support and guidance to the organization on financial matters Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Academic education in accounting or equivalent Several years of experience in accounting and closing procedures Solid understanding of the entire accounting flow You are flexible and have a humble attitude where you are ready to support where needed. The role requires that you are thorough, organized and analytical, while you have good communication skills and thrive in a role with many points of contact.
