Starting: 28/7/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Perform management, supervisory, and organizational activities from the position of branch director - Daily oversight of the service center operations with emphasis on service quality, inventory management, adherence to Peugeot brand standards, and compliance with workplace safety regulations - Effective human resource management, delegation of work tasks to subordinate staff, monitoring and evaluation of their daily activities, monthly assessment of qualitative, quantitative, and financial results of the service center - Daily control of administrative documentation processing with emphasis on completeness and accuracy of issued/received documents, work orders, purchase orders, credit notes, invoices, payment documents and contracts, including their archiving and handover for further processing, monitoring cash availability at tills, attendance control, vacation planning, supervision of employee participation in mandatory training - Inspection of cleanliness of internal and external premises, appropriate presentation of displayed vehicles and accessories with emphasis on cleanliness, seasonality and functionality, in accordance with brand standards - Organization of employee recruitment processes, hiring, execution of employment contracts and their termination - Monitoring the validity of inspections and servicing of machinery and equipment.
