Work location: Čsl. mládeže 1/31, 405 02 Děčín Comprehensive management and leadership of a public cultural and museum organization. The director will lead an organization with dozens of employees and a budget funded by a combination of government grants, subsidies, and organizational revenue; will assume responsibility for collections management, building operations, and institutional development in the upcoming period. Qualifications required – completed higher education in a master's degree program, Czech citizenship or citizenship of another country with permanent residence in the Czech Republic, clean criminal record, minimum three years of experience managing work teams, knowledge of the principles of operation and finances of public organizations within territorial self-governing bodies, basic knowledge of sector-specific legislation (Act on the Protection of Museum Collections, Copyright Act, Public Procurement Act) Opportunity for performance bonuses and special awards, DSÚK employee card.
