Who are we looking for? A person who embraces the principles of self-directed learning and is not afraid to step outside established structures. Not a "classic director," but rather a team guide who supports others, listens, and helps move things forward. Has experience with facilitation, nonviolent communication, self-directed learning, or is willing to develop in these areas. Is well-versed in school legislation and pedagogical processes—understands how schools function in the Czech system and can balance a free-thinking approach with legal requirements. Can communicate with authorities while also feeling comfortable in an environment where hierarchies are replaced by collaboration. We appreciate experience with teal organizations or openness to immersing yourself in this way of operating. In-person contact available by prior phone arrangement
