Not a "classic director," but rather a team guide who supports others, listens, and helps move things forward. Has experience with facilitation, nonviolent communication, self-directed learning, or is willing to develop in these areas. Is well-versed in school legislation and pedagogical processes—understands how schools function in the Czech system and can balance a free-thinking approach with legal requirements. Can communicate with authorities while also feeling comfortable in an environment where hierarchies are replaced by collaboration.
