Now we are looking for a new service star for the reception and our dining room at Home Hotel Bolinder Munktell who wants to be part of our family. About the PositionYou ensure that our guests are always well taken care of and attended to in the best way. You are the face of our hotel chain and enjoy working at a fast pace, which means you need to be well versed in our brand and safety regulations. This position is as needed and work shifts are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Night work may also occur. This is a position for you who has the ability to work as needed in both our reception and our dining room. You who can jump in on short notice and work varying hours: Days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Are you the one we're looking for? You have a warm and caring personality. You enjoy chatting with both young and old, and making someone's day a little better with small gestures. You are a natural inspiration who enjoys motivating the people around you simply by being yourself. You see the big picture in small things and have an eye for detail. You understand that sales = service and together we achieve our goals. You are independent and flexible and enjoy a fast pace. You are fluent in both speaking and writing in Swedish as well as in English to be able to meet all our guests on as personal a level as possible. You have an eye for detail and can make quick decisions when required. You have good computer skills or are eager to learn.
