Cape East is one of 6 hotels within the Pite Havsbad Group hotel corporation, which is Northern Sweden's largest tourism and conference group with operations in Haparanda, Luleå, Piteå, Hemavan, and Arvidsjaur. Cape East is open year-round with hotel, spa, restaurant, conference facilities, camping, and more. Cape East was named Spa of the Year in 2011, a title we now intend to reclaim! We are now seeking a Reception Manager who is motivated and engaged with a genuine interest in guests, staff, revenue, upselling, and bookings. In addition to daily operations, your work will include developing, planning, and driving the business forward, as well as inspiring and motivating all team members. It's also important that you have financial acumen and take responsibility for the department's finances, as well as maintain close collaboration with the hotel manager. As Reception Manager at Cape East, you will be responsible for staff and have full budget responsibility for the reception.
