Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Manage access cards on site Handle administrative tasks including managing emails and processing orders Liaise with suppliers and service providers Handle and log fault reports and maintenance requests Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections of client premises Manage the switchboard and handle incoming telephone calls What We're Looking For Previous experience working in a reception or front-of-house role High service orientation and a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience Outgoing and positive attitude with a passion for service and a strong sense of integrity Good IT skills and solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken Responsible, well-organized, proactive, and able to follow tasks through to completion Self-driven and motivated by delivering excellent service interactions Able to prioritize effectively and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset Advantageous Experience Previous experience in a reception or switchboard role Experience in other service-oriented professions What We Offer A varied and engaging role within a global organization with excellent growth opportunities Occupational pension Wellness allowance (friskvård) Access to the Benify employee benefits portal Opportunity to be part of CBRE's exciting growth journey and ongoing transformation Working Hours and Location This is a full-time, permanent position based at the client's premises in Kista, Stockholm.
