Front Desk Receptionist with Administrative and Night Shift Duties

Work Location: Chateau Monty SPA Resort, Příkrá 218, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně. Employment: Permanent position (with probationary period). Start date: Available immediately. Suitable for recent graduates. Work Schedule: According to shift rotation (day shift 7:00 AM-7:00 PM x night shift 7:00 PM-7:00 AM). Job Duties: Provide services related to guest arrivals, accommodate guests according to received reservations, maintain records of accommodated guests, process and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, process and record cash transactions, actively and independently sell hotel services and capacities, handle correspondence related to administrative front desk matters. Requirements: Minimum secondary vocational education with high school diploma, reliability, ability to work independently, strong communication skills, PC proficiency, strong foreign language skills required (German, English, or Russian).
