Who are we looking for? We are seeking new team members for the position of Receptionist at LH Hotel Mědínek Old Town. What are the receptionist's responsibilities? • Guest care • Processing reservations • Mailing • Managing the cash register and guest register • Check-in and check-out • Issuing documents and invoices • Processing revenues • Preparing materials for housekeeping and restaurants What do we require? • Customer-oriented approach and focus on guest satisfaction • Experience with the hotel system HORES+ • English language skills at least at conversational level; knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage What can we offer? • Support from a stable Czech hotel chain • Stable employment in a pleasant hotel environment • Employee meals as a job benefit • Full-time position - 40 hours per week • Permanent employment contract If interested, please email the address below or call between 10 and 15h.
