PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Ensure smooth operation of the clinic reception and communication with clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• support reception at ALPHALABS in Prague,
• manage calendar and create client files in Xdent software;
• communicate with clients, handle phone calls, emails and chat – ticketing, confirm appointment times and provide general information;
• administration – verify treatment invoice payments, maintain records and reporting;
• work on PC with software: Xdent, Helios, IDS, scan, Giriton, Freshworks, MS365.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
• experience in customer service or call center;
• good communication and expression skills in Czech at a professional and representative level;
• communicative English proficiency at B1+/B2 level;
• good written expression skills and grammar, text comprehension and logical thinking;
• pleasant demeanor, organizational skills, ability to multitask;
• stress resistance and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• teamwork and reliability.
