Work location: Tepelská 752/22, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně. Fixed-term employment (1 year) - possible extension thereafter. Salary: from 31.060,- Kč (according to salary regulations in the public sector). Working hours: two-shift continuous work schedule - day shifts only 6:00-18:00 h. Job duties: maintaining mail log, recording valuables and submitting documentation for settlement, providing necessary information to clients and organization employees (in person, by phone, via email), operating and daily inspection of electronic fire alarm system functionality, maintaining cash register log, submitting cash register documents for settlement, material responsibility for values accepted for settlement, processing annual inventories, managing property and archives, managing issued invoices for specially designated apartments. Requirements: high school education with diploma (maturita) as minimum, criminal record clearance, excellent computer skills (MS Office), communication skills, responsible and independent approach to assigned tasks, discretion, professionalism, work experience preferred (but not required).
