THE ASSIGNMENT
We are now seeking a project manager who wants to be part of developing installation solutions for the future in Sundsvall. We are looking for an engaged and business-minded project manager who wants to take responsibility for driving our projects and customer relationships forward. With us, you'll have a central role where you lead projects from planning to execution with a focus on quality, economy, work environment, and customer satisfaction.
We seek someone who thrives combining structure and business acumen with close collaboration with customers, colleagues, and partners. Whether your background is primarily in construction projects or service operations, you have experience leading people, following up on finances, and building long-term relationships. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and have the ability to prioritize in a working day where multiple projects and assignments run simultaneously.
More specifically, the assignment includes:
Manage your own projects
Take responsibility for the entire project process such as schedules, finances, work management, and procurement.
Collaboration with contractors
Develop existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
This is a role for someone who can drive construction projects from start to completion. We see that you have experience in these areas.
Project management from early stage to delivery
Budget, forecast, and result responsibility
Cooperation with clients and contractors
Personnel and resource management
Experience with estimates, procurement, and contract management.
Knowledge of AB04, ABT06, and AMA.
Experience with changes and additional work (ÄTA).
Able to ensure work is performed in accordance with law, industry standards, and internal guidelines
Hold a Class B driver's license (required)
Meritorious: Experience working with heat pumps, such as quotes and estimates, though not required.
