Now we are looking for an advisor based in Karlskrona with assignments throughout Blekinge. About the role As an advisor at Almi, you work closely with companies that have ambitions to develop, grow and strengthen their competitiveness. You coach and challenge entrepreneurs on strategic issues and help them translate ideas and ambitions into concrete activities and results. The role also involves working as a project manager for EU- and regionally-funded projects. You meet companies in different sectors and phases, from early-stage growth companies to established companies facing new opportunities or challenges. The work is outward-facing and involves many meetings with companies, partners and other actors in the regional business development system. In the role, you will, among other things: Work proactively to create new customer relationships and develop Almi's presence in Blekinge. Conduct business development initiatives for companies with growth ambitions. Identify companies' needs and guide them in areas such as growth, profitability, sustainability, financing and business model development. Lead, coordinate and implement projects aimed at companies in Blekinge, preferably within the framework of EU- and regionally-funded initiatives. Create and develop relationships with banks, municipalities, science parks, business organizations and other partners. Plan and conduct seminars, workshops and networking activities for companies. Participate in and contribute to regional development initiatives that strengthen the business sector's competitiveness. Who are you? We are looking for someone with a strong interest in entrepreneurship and business development. You enjoy building trust, developing relationships and developing people and companies. You have the ability to combine strategic thinking with a practical and solution-oriented approach. You are self-driven, business-minded and comfortable working in a role where you plan and drive your work forward yourself. You are driven by making a difference for companies and people. You are curious, attentive and dare to ask the questions that help the entrepreneur think in new ways. We are looking for someone who has: Experience in business development, business consulting, entrepreneurship or equivalent work. Good understanding of companies' growth issues and business challenges. Experience leading, coordinating or driving projects. Experience with or good understanding of business financing and the ability to guide companies on financing solutions and development opportunities. Good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. B-class driver's license. Meritorious Experience leading or coordinating EU-funded projects. Established network within business and/or public sector. Experience developing and building strategic collaborations between companies, public actors and other organizations.
