JOB DUTIES:
You will provide clients with consultations and advice in the area of non-insurance social benefits.
You will handle the receipt of applications for non-insurance social benefits. You will perform formal and substantive review of the received application and all submitted supporting documents. You will enter the received application and all submitted supporting documents into the unified information system. You will process data necessary for benefit decision-making. You will maintain file documentation regarding the benefit in accordance with applicable general binding legal regulations, internal directives, and service regulations. You will perform the actions of a first-instance authority in administrative proceedings as an official authorized to perform such actions based on internal directives or authorization. You will handle matters in administrative proceedings, including partial aspects of administrative proceedings according to standard procedures (such as obtaining documentation for issuing decisions, their verification and investigation, review and correction of obvious inaccuracies in decisions, statements, certificates or notices, drafting protocols of oral hearings and oral submissions, as well as other actions in contact with participants in administrative proceedings, handling complaints and corrections). You will assess documentation for administrative proceedings and conduct evidence necessary to establish the facts of the matter.
You will perform formal and substantive review of the received and processed applications for non-insurance social benefits, payment of non-insurance social benefits, and will monitor paid/unpaid non-insurance social benefits. You will manage coordination of social security systems for individuals (EU citizens) moving within the European Union. You will ensure digitization of received applications and all supporting documents that are part of file documentation, including review of documents in the digitized processing and archiving process. You will conduct local investigations for purposes of non-insurance social benefits. You will cooperate with administrative authorities, territorial self-governing units, social security bodies, material assistance authorities, state health administration bodies, employers, and other entities according to special legal regulations.
You will perform activities requiring individual approach to specific cases, or decision-making when choosing from multiple alternative solutions, consisting of continuous direct personal contact with citizens in crisis social situations where there is a threat to life, health, basic living needs (nutrition, clothing, housing), or the development of minor children, and citizens in exceptionally difficult or unexpected social situations requiring non-insurance social benefits.
WE OFFER: flexible working hours; 5 weeks vacation; 5 days indisposition leave; 1 day for personal matters; meal allowance, so-called food subsidy; opportunity for professional education and professional/personal development, bonuses for life and service anniversaries; contribution to savings products for old age 270 CZK per month. State employees receive a special allowance in the amount of 2,300 CZK. Personal allowance from 1,950 CZK to 5,849 CZK.
