Professional education in agriculture and forestry, biological and chemical fields, ecology and environmental protection, and simultaneously meets the condition of professional competence according to § 82 subsection 3 of the Plant Protection Act No. 326/2004 Coll.
Applications for acceptance into civil service and assignment to a civil service position or applications for assignment to a civil service position (hereinafter "application") submitted within the deadline of July 31, 2026 will be reviewed, meaning within this period:
submitted in electronic form (application does not need to be signed with a recognized electronic signature) to the email address of the civil service office [email protected], or
submitted in electronic form through the data mailbox of the civil service office ugbaiq7, or
delivered to the civil service authority through a postal service operator to the address of the Central Control and Testing Institute for Agriculture, Hroznová 2, 603 00 Brno, or
submitted in person to the reception of the civil service office at the above address.
The envelope, or data message, containing the application including the required documents (attachments) must be marked with the words: "Do not open" and the words "Selection procedure for the civil service position Advisor – Inspector, OTI Plzeň, ID 294060_14 file no.: UKZUZ 093210/2026".
In the application, the applicant must provide the data mailbox ID or email address to which documents will be delivered during the selection procedure.
The civil service position involves performing in particular the following activities:
partial actions necessary for recognition proceedings, or certification of seeds and seedlings,
inspection of multiplication crops,
sampling of seeds and seedlings,
performance of mechanical analysis of potato seedlings,
control of circulation of certified seeds and seedlings, control of suppliers and facilities, taking control samples, control of authorized samplers and inspectors according to the established plan.
supervision of the fulfillment of obligations imposed on professional operators and other persons in the area of protection against introduction and spread of harmful organisms;
monitoring and survey of the occurrence of harmful organisms, basic detection and diagnosis of harmful organisms and disorders and for this purpose taking official samples of plants, plant products and other objects;
participation in the preparation of documentation for proceedings on imposing and repealing extraordinary plant protection measures (ERM) for eradication of harmful organisms and against their spread and for decisions on compensation of costs and losses of operators due to the fulfillment of these ERM;
preparation of documentation for proposals to initiate administrative proceedings on imposing penalties;
other activities related to seeds, seedlings and harmful organisms according to current requirements
