Civil service will be performed in the field: 17 Employment. The following activities are performed at this position: Conduct comprehensive analysis of the regional labor market, including participation in forecasting changes in employment and unemployment trends in the region and throughout the Czech Republic. Daily work with source tables in the MPSV central data warehouse using SQL knowledge. Responsibility for compiling, interpreting, and transmitting regional employment data within the regional branch. Upon request from supervisors, responsibility for extracting summary tabular reports from the MPSV central data warehouse for the employment sector. Methodological support in working with data analysis and visualization platforms within the regional branch. Processing complex reports on a regular basis regarding the overall labor market situation in the region. Creating regional-wide analyses and reports on the labor market situation in the region. Systematic processing of labor market statistics and analyses and employment development trends based on detailed labor market monitoring in the region using external sources (ČSÚ, job portals, media monitoring, etc.). Preparation of monthly regional press releases and ad-hoc materials in response to media inquiries about the employment situation in the region. Participation in evaluating the impact of specific macroeconomic systemic measures on the labor market within individual economic sectors. Ensuring and coordinating mass dismissal procedures in accordance with relevant labor code provisions. Methodological management of labor market monitoring in the region. Coordination of monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the overall labor market situation conducted by regional offices. Preparation of statistical materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on activities of employment-related agendas and collaboration with regional branch specialists of respective agendas in preparing these reports. Preparation of materials for presentations by the regional branch in the employment field. Collaboration and communication with the responsible specialist for labor market statistics and analyses at the headquarters, participation in regular analyst meetings, and sharing insights and practical findings. Service at this position will be performed in a civil service relationship for an indefinite period. The expected start date is November 1, 2026. The weekly service hours are 40 hours.
