Join Our Team About the Role As Quality & Stock Manager, you play a central role in ensuring high quality, strong inventory accuracy, and efficient operations. You are responsible for quality management, inventory control (ICQA), Operational Excellence, and customer-related quality matters, while driving the organization's continuous improvement agenda forward. The role is part of the site's management team and involves close collaboration with operational teams, support functions, and customers. You lead a large organization through both direct and indirect reporting lines and actively work to create structure, clarity, and long-term development. Key Responsibilities Ensure high inventory accuracy and quality through monitoring, analysis, and development of operational processes and working methods Take responsibility for quality management and handle and follow up on quality and customer deviations Conduct analyses and root cause investigations and drive improvement actions based on identified improvement areas Lead and develop the site's ICQA function to ensure accurate inventory balances and high process compliance Drive Operational Excellence, LEAN, and continuous improvement efforts in close collaboration with operations Ensure implementation and compliance with standardized working methods, routines, and processes Serve as the operation's representative in customer-related quality matters and ensure professional handling of customer issues and escalations Responsible for monitoring and analysis of business-critical KPIs and provide input for operational and management reporting Contribute to the development of the operation's quality structure and preparations for future ISO certification Lead, coach, and develop managers, specialists, and employees to create engagement, accountability, and strong results About You We are looking for an analytical and development-oriented leader with a strong commitment to quality, people, and operational improvement. You are: Analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate information into concrete improvement actions Structured and organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to create clarity in complex environments Development-oriented and driven to improve processes, working methods, and results over time Clear in your leadership and experienced at creating engagement, accountability, and strong performance Communicative and pedagogical with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences Collaborative and skilled at building relationships across functions, teams, and stakeholders Results-oriented with strong execution power and focus on both quality and business value Bold and proactive with a willingness to challenge existing approaches when improvement potential is identified Qualifications and Experience Several years of experience leading large operational teams and organizations Experience in quality management, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain Documented experience with LEAN, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement work Experience in change management, process development, and implementation of new working methods Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI management, monitoring, and operational analysis Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving Experience with customer dialogues, customer follow-up, and management of customer-related deviations Good financial understanding and experience using data as a basis for business decisions Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and experience.
