We require proven previous experience in testing AI agents or automated voice agents (at least 5 months) and preferably experience in startup or fast-growing product company environments. Job responsibilities include conducting tests of AI applications (voice and text-based), web and mobile interfaces, and evaluating the comprehensibility, relevance, and coherence of automated voice agent responses. The role involves auditing conversations, identifying functional errors and unnatural communication patterns, and preparing test scenarios in Jira. The employee works closely with the team to verify fixes, recommends improvements to user experience (UX), and provides technical support for client onboarding. Excellent proficiency in Czech, English, Ukrainian, and Russian is essential for validating naturalness and tone of AI communication in these languages. Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework) is a plus. Total of 5 weeks vacation
