Pysslingen Förskolor Skrindan is seeking a preschool teacher for a temporary position. As a preschool teacher at Pysslingen Förskolor, you will help realize our offering of "A safe and stimulating world full of possibilities" for children, parents, and colleagues alike. Skrindan is a preschool with four departments, located next to beautiful nature in Västerhaninge. We are part of area 29 together with Fyrens preschool in Nynäshamn. About the operations We have an exploratory approach where we start from the children's interests. Discussions about the concepts of learning and knowledge are part of our pedagogical work. We work with sustainable development as our common project across the preschool. Relational learning is a cornerstone of our knowledge perspective; children learn together in meaningful contexts. The pedagogical environment contributes to the children's development and should be clear and inspiring for them. We place great importance on value-based questions as well as meeting and relating to children, colleagues, and our customers. At our preschool, collaboration across the entire facility is important. We are looking for you who: - Are a certified preschool teacher - Have a listening approach and trust in children's abilities - Want to develop teaching based on Lpfö 18 and children's interests - Have knowledge of pedagogical documentation and project-based work methods - Have a very good ability to lead, take initiative, and collaborate and want to actively contribute to collegial learning - Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner - Are present, responsible, and have good collaboration skills - Have good ability to lead colleagues - Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Qualifications You are a certified preschool teacher with great interest and commitment as well as good leadership skills. You have knowledge and ideas about how to work with your colleagues to realize the curriculum's goals and values. Your focus on children is clear and reflected in your daily approach. You also have knowledge of how to make visible and further develop children's learning processes through pedagogical documentation. You have a strong drive to keep the development of the pedagogical environment alive. It is a merit if you have worked for several years as a preschool teacher. In your professional role, you are engaged, professional, and proactive. You are also responsible and structured, with good ability to plan and prioritize your work efficiently. Your collaboration skills are excellent and you are accommodating in your interactions with children, parents, and colleagues. You handle conflicts in a responsive and constructive manner. Furthermore, you have good communication skills in both speech and writing. You enjoy leading and motivating others and share your experiences and knowledge.
