Our unique location with both nature and culture within reach allows us to easily create varied days around our Movement profile. In our large, bright facilities, every child has the opportunity to learn and develop based on their abilities through interaction with each other and the adults at the preschool. When the child leaves us to start school, we want them to be equipped with a backpack filled with security—the security of being your own individual, questioning and thinking critically, being able to use different materials, tools and forms of expression, and being part of a larger society while feeling like a global citizen. Based on our focus, we want children to experience the joy of movement and gain knowledge about the importance of recovery and rest. We want to give children good habits and help them understand the importance of movement and health for their well-being. We use a book-as-project approach that creates a connecting thread between departments and throughout the entire preschool.
