Job Responsibilities
As a psychologist with us, you have a central role in working with mental health issues in primary care. The assignment is largely characterized by assessment and guidance to the appropriate level of care, in close collaboration with other professionals. The work includes, among other things:
psychological assessments and diagnostics
triage and prioritization to the appropriate level of care
work with assessment waiting lists and referral handling
shorter treatment and support interventions
collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
development of working methods in close and digital care
For those with interest, there is an opportunity to work with internet-based treatment (iCBT) and digital contacts.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist and who enjoy primary care's broad and varied assignments. You are a person who is independent and takes personal responsibility, is positive, contributes to development work, a good work climate, and sees opportunities in daily work. You enjoy collaborating with other staff at the health care center. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. We would like to see that you:
have experience working in primary care (merit, but not a requirement)
are confident in clinical assessments and prioritizations
enjoyed working with a high patient flow and shorter contacts
work independently and in a structured manner
value teamwork and collaboration
are curious about digital development and new ways of working
