Do you want to contribute to better care, support, and well-being for individuals with developmental disabilities, psychiatric and somatic conditions? We are seeking a psychologist or person with similar educational background (such as an occupational therapist) with a passion for coordinating and supporting the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at contributing to quality of life and mental well-being for individuals with developmental conditions. For 20 years, we have conducted research on the WHO's International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), with the goal of adapting the classification optimally for assessing strengths, challenges, and positive and negative impacts of the environment in various conditions, as well as promoting its implementation for planning interventions and support at the individual, organizational, and societal levels. The KIND Research Center and Research Group At KIND, we conduct research, education, and development in the field of developmental conditions such as autism and ADHD and co-occurring psychiatric and somatic conditions. KIND has approximately 60 employees and forms, together with other units, the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Research and Development Center at Torsplan, Gävlegatan 22, in central Stockholm. For more information about KIND, visit: www.ki.se/kind Your Role This position can, depending on qualifications and experience, be carried out by a psychologist, occupational therapist, or other health professional. You work closely with KIND's director and team to advance the development of ICF-based assessment and support. Here you lead a co-creation group consisting of practicing professionals and individuals with lived experience as well as research assistants. You also work on developing materials that provide users with information about functioning, self-help, and interventions related to how functions are performed. Who Are You? You are an ICF-interested person who can handle various tasks, work independently and in groups, and feel responsibility for progress and quality. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing and feel comfortable in a research and clinical context. ICF knowledge, experience with autism, ADHD, psychiatry, and care and support, and previous personnel and project management experience are merits. You have good skills in working with standard software. You contribute constructively to the development of the KIND center formation, share our vision, and demonstrate good willingness to collaborate. What Do We Offer?
