SOCIAL ACTIVATION SERVICES FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN and MENTAL HEALTH TEAM FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH Job Description: - Providing direct work with clients (individuals, families with children) - Conducting intake meetings with service/project applicants - Individual planning with clients for services/projects - Maintaining documentation - Communication with specialists and collaborating organizations - Coordinating additional services - Consulting and advisory activities - Therapeutic services Job Requirements - We are looking for: A university graduate with appropriate education for a psychologist position who: - Has administrative skills (PC, MS Office, internet), - Can address prejudices and has the ability to work with issues of social exclusion, including persons facing housing insecurity, - Has strong organizational skills, can work independently but is also a team player, - Has an active approach and enthusiasm for the work, - Has good communication skills and empathy, - Has a healthy level of tolerance, responsibility, and respect for both oneself and clients, integrity, and reliability, - Has the ability to handle stress and is in good physical and mental health, with appropriate self-presentation, - Has negotiation skills, - Experience in social services prevention work is an advantage. Position Details: 0.5 FTE on a fixed-term contract with a four-month probation period for both parties; upon mutual satisfaction, the employment relationship may be extended. Work Location: Clinics in Teplice and Dubí, field work in ORP Teplice and ORP Bílina. Salary upon completion of probation period: up to 45,000 CZK per month for a full FTE according to qualifications and previous experience. We are recruiting for a 0.5 FTE position.
