Job Responsibilities: 1. Collect demand data, process forecasts, and enter them into the system 2. Optimize inventory levels at the SKU level using PSI and DSI metrics 3. Identify slow-moving inventory and implement corrective measures 4. Monitor product availability deadlines, allocate goods, and ensure timely demand fulfillment through communication with factories and customers 5. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of supply chain management systems 6. Coordinate and control production plans with the parent company 7. Track arrival of sea shipments and identify potential delays 8. Update inventory records 9. Prepare and report weekly inventory reports for Sales and Admin teams Fluent Chinese communication is required for reporting to the parent company and other group entities.
