Job Responsibilities: - 5 years of experience in a Montessori school - guiding children within the Montessori three-year program - preparation and facilitation of educational activities in accordance with Montessori principles, - supporting children's independence, responsibility, and intrinsic motivation, - creating a prepared environment and organizing the children's working day, - collaboration with other guides and the school team on further direction and school development, - communication with parents and support of a partnership relationship between family and school, - active participation in continuous professional development and development of personal pedagogical skills.
