Maintenance position for managing three buildings and a garden area JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Minor construction and interior modifications (interior door replacement, hardware, locks) Refurbishment of finishes and painting work Routine maintenance of three buildings (general minor repairs, window adjustment, light bulb replacement, ...)
