Operations Technician / Coordinator

Description:

Work location: Company headquarters in Hrochův Týnec (Chrudim district) + site visits to ongoing construction projects in the surrounding area. Your main responsibilities will include: • Site monitoring: Regular supervision of ongoing construction projects, checking progress and order • Material supply: Transporting missing materials, tools, or other necessary items to the construction site • Construction log: Daily records of work progress • PC administration: Handling emails, placing small material orders, and scanning documents • Team support: Communication with our tradespeople and suppliers What we expect from you: • Class B driver's license – active driver • Clean criminal record • Basic knowledge of construction – understanding of the construction process • Basic computer skills – working with Word, Excel, and email • Reliability and diligence – construction log entries and material checks must be accurate • Communicative skills – ability to negotiate with suppliers What we offer: • Company car available for personal use – full vehicle at your disposal • Competitive compensation: 38,000 Kč – 48,000 Kč gross per month (based on your experience and background) • Full-time employment (HPP) • Small company environment: No corporate atmosphere, but direct communication and family-like atmosphere • Immediate start or by agreement Foreigners welcome.
