We are looking for an experienced colleague from the gastronomy industry for the position of Restaurant Manager, who will take responsibility for the overall functioning of the restaurant and will have a direct impact on its daily operations and further development. In this position, you will be in direct communication with the company owners and will have ample opportunity for independent decision-making, implementing your own ideas, and actively contributing to improvements in the restaurant's operations. We are looking for someone who wants to have a real impact on their work results and at the same time an opportunity to take the restaurant to a higher level. Your main responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the employee team, organizing shifts, overseeing service quality, and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. You will actively communicate with customers, resolve operational situations, and maintain a high level of customer service so that guests will be happy to return. This position also includes planning operations, ordering supplies and inventory, monitoring stock levels, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring that the restaurant is always ready to operate without complications. It is important to be able to efficiently organize team work, establish functional processes, and proactively handle daily situations that restaurant operations bring. We welcome candidates with experience in gastronomy, whether from management, operations, service, or kitchen positions.
