We're looking for a leader who will run a mountain lodge like their own kingdom. Place of work: Mountain lodge in Harrachov (year-round operation) What your mission will be: - Comprehensive management of the mountain lodge - daily operations, organization, quality of services, long-term planning, reservation system and restaurant management - Personnel organization - leading a small team (chefs, housekeeping staff, seasonal workers), recruitment, shift planning, motivation - Guest communication - professional approach, handling requests and complaints, ensuring high quality services - Supply procurement and inventory management - orders, supplier communication, inventory management and regular inventories - Technical oversight of the facility - ongoing technical condition checks, communication and cooperation with maintenance staff - Compliance with hygiene and safety standards - meeting regulations, internal rules and legal requirements - Collaboration on marketing activities - assistance with promotion, package proposals for guests, event support Who we're looking for: - An experienced operations manager or person with proven experience in hospitality / hotel industry / gastronomy - An independent, reliable and responsible professional with organizational talent - A natural leader who has a feel for people and the environment - A practical person who can handle operational matters but won't be intimidated by extraordinary situations - Driver's license category B is mandatory - Trustworthiness - we require a criminal record check - Advantage: experience in mountain environment, technical thinking, knowledge of foreign languages (English / German) What we offer: - Stable full-time employment - year-round operation in an attractive location - Attractive salary + performance-based incentive component - Free accommodation and meals directly at the lodge - Opportunity for self-realization and growth - we'll give you trust and space to improve operations - Pleasant team and fair approach This position is not for everyone.
