Employment contract for one year with possibility of renewal. Start date by agreement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - maintenance and technical upkeep of the swimming pool facility - staff management - planning and implementation of maintenance work - ensuring inspections and administrative tasks related to facility operations. REQUIREMENTS: - minimum secondary education with technical diploma - technical competency and experience in managing people - advanced PC proficiency - organizational skills, time flexibility and reliability, independence - driver's license category B Salary classified in grade 9 according to Government Regulation 341/2017 Coll., shift allowances, personal allowance after training, performance bonuses. Working hours according to facility operations - shift work including weekend shifts.
