OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Initial contact by phone or email to submit your resume. What will your job responsibilities include? - receiving, checking, processing and administering orders - communicating with customers - working with documents, databases, invoices and inventory records - managing social media and creating content - photographing products and materials, procurement and other logistics activities - caring for cats - feeding, cleaning, monitoring their condition and daily care - maintaining cleanliness of work areas, storage facilities and other spaces - other organizational and operational tasks as needed What do we expect from you? - Group B driver's license - English language skills - very good proficiency with computer use - experience with social media management and content creation - good written communication and Czech language skills - independence, reliability, attention to detail and ability to organize your work - ability to handle multiple diverse tasks and learn new things quickly - positive attitude toward animals and willingness to actively participate in their care - manual dexterity and willingness to assist with general shelter operations An advantage is experience with Apple environment, photography and photo editing, e-shop, or similar administrative and operations positions. Training for this position requires time and the work encompasses several areas. Therefore, we are primarily looking for someone who is interested in stable and long-term employment and wants to gradually become an integral part of the team.
