Project Manager for development projects in the field of speed measurement devices. Participate in the development of cutting-edge equipment for speed measurement and traffic monitoring using radar and optical sensors. Lead project teams, prepare project plans and coordinate their execution, define requirements for team composition, plan team work and monitor efficiency, participate in the preparation, implementation and testing of project phases, ensure completion of project phases according to the development schedule, continuous analysis of data from development tests, identify and manage project risks and propose solutions, regular reporting on the status of project phases, represent the company and project in its promotion, approvals with accredited laboratories, metrology institute and implementation with customers. Required: ability to lead and motivate a team of developers, experience in project management, technical background preferred, knowledge of JIRA project management environment preferred, university degree in electronics or software, communication skills in Czech and English, teamwork ability, independence, proactive approach.
