Your task will be to take over a project from the sales department and guide it through the planning, development, and production phases to successful installation and handover. You will be the guarantor that our industrial security systems are deployed on time, in top quality, and exactly according to technical specifications. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing global projects: Complete responsibility for project implementation worldwide. Monitoring schedules, budgets, and managing risks on both domestic and foreign contracts. Organization and delegation: Assigning and distributing tasks across teams (technicians, production, logistics). Ensuring that every link in the chain knows what and when to deliver. Coordination of implementations: Planning and organizing logistics for installation site visits. You will manage the process from preparation at the company premises through to final commissioning at the customer's location. Travel and field management: Active participation in implementations as needed - traveling by car and plane to partners and customers abroad. Technical and process planning: Preparing project documentation, planning resource capacities, and proposing operational technical solutions in collaboration with R&D. Reporting and relationships: Regular reporting of project status to management (Sales Manager/CSO) and maintaining excellent client relationships. Position requirements: Education: Secondary/Higher education (technical or economic background is a major advantage). Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in a project, technical, or sales position. Experience from an industrial environment is key for us. Organizational skills: Systematicity, ability to lead a team during installation, and drive tasks to completion even under time pressure. Travel flexibility: You will have active site visits to customers worldwide - expect air travel (mandatory requirement). Communication skills: Professional demeanor and ability to clearly interpret technical requirements in Czech and English. Language proficiency: English at B2 communication level (for dealing with international partners and manufacturers). German is a plus. Technical competency: Working with MS Office (especially advanced Excel), experience with CRM and project management software. Understanding of technical documentation.
