We are looking for a technology enthusiast who will collaborate with other team members and drive projects forward. Job Responsibilities: - IT analysis of customer requirements, close collaboration with programmers in creating implementation specifications - Creation of project documentation and user support for customers - Project management and customer communication throughout the project lifecycle - Consulting support to the sales team in acquiring new contracts - Development of product strategy aimed at improving the company's own products Requirements: - University or secondary education - Strong aptitude for creating analytical and project documentation - Communication skills and professional presentation - Time flexibility and responsibility for assigned projects - Ability to work both in teams and independently - Class B driver's license, active driver - Willingness to travel to customer sites occasionally We appreciate experience with: - Information systems integration in manufacturing - Programming fundamentals - a plus - Enterprise systems integration in manufacturing - Project management and project documentation (Prince2 or TOGAF methodology a plus) - Customer care - communication and requirement resolution, training users of enterprise systems - English or German at conversational level What can we offer? - Pleasant working environment in a friendly team in the center of České Budějovice - Attractive and long-term perspective position on full-time employment for an indefinite period - Sick days - Meal allowance - Opportunity for professional growth - Corporate training system including language courses - Work with modern technologies - Motivating compensation system (base salary + performance component + project bonuses) - Salary based on experience, from probation period onwards to individual rates based on performance after onboarding, plus bonuses or special premiums (approximately 60-70 thousand Kč) with further increases expected Start date is immediately available.
