As a Fire Alarm System Designer at SafeTeam, you become the central figure in our fire alarm system projects. From day one in the project, you not only lead but also take responsibility for carefully planning and coordinating the project's execution. Your role involves designing security solutions within fire protection in close collaboration with our customers. As a designer, you play a key role early in the sales process. Your area of responsibility includes cost estimation, development of system solutions, quote preparation, and project implementation. You are also the technical expert who supports the rest of the team. This may involve reviewing priorities, discussing technical solutions, and providing support on technical matters. By being the cohesive force in the project, you ensure that everything works together. Where? In bright and fresh offices at Hildedalsgatan 9 on Hisingen, you'll find our alarm division. You'll be accompanied by nearly 40 wonderful colleagues: technicians, designers, project managers, coordinators, department managers, and a regional manager. To qualify for this position, we want you to have: experience designing security/fire alarm systems the ability to provide excellent service – "that little extra" – to both customers and colleagues. Outstanding service is at the heart of our corporate culture. Driver's license (Category B) We're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and leading projects in close collaboration with customers. You have solid product knowledge and good computer skills. If you are a Certified Fire Alarm Engineer, that's a merit, but not a requirement. Since you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, you need to be able to prioritize your work, which requires you to be structured and goal-focused. We also value the ability to be flexible and communicative when collaborating with customers and colleagues. You enjoy customer interactions. And you like building trust by proactively proposing solutions where you see it can help the customer, in both existing and new customer relationships. Are we a good fit?
