Your Assignment We are now seeking a new employee for an ESF project focused on young people aged 16-29 who are neither working nor studying (NEET) and whom the Employment Service has determined they do not reach, thereby risking long-term exclusion. The project period is 260901 - 290430. Your work includes supporting, activating, and guiding individuals one-on-one and sometimes in groups, as well as following up on and documenting their progress. The assignment encompasses everything from assessment and coaching, individual conversations focused on progression, to pre-rehabilitation activities and job-search activities, as well as arranging various types of internships, created employment positions, and work training placements for the project's target group. Nordanstig Municipality has a well-developed approach with our social enterprises. Within this project, collaboration and developed relationships with civil society actors are a clear focus. You will be the main project coordinator and will be responsible for documentation, registration, and follow-up for the project owner Region Gävleborg and the financier European Social Fund. The work shall follow the project description provided and, together with other colleagues on the unit, support the target group covered by the project. Your Qualifications You should have education relevant to the position, preferably in the behavioral sciences field or equivalent as assessed by the employer. You have broad knowledge and experience within the field and are accustomed to working with people with physical and/or mental functional variations. You are also well-versed and comfortable with documentation in operational systems. You have a class B driver's license. Personal Qualities As a person, you have good collaboration skills and can also work independently. You are confident in one-on-one conversations with participants as well as in organizing group activities. You are good at networking and establishing new contacts and building relationships with different collaborative partners and navigating Sweden's welfare system. Your work style is characterized by structure and clarity, and you have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You need to have a mindset about human development and finding solutions with chains as well as parallel interventions for each person's needs. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Merits It is a merit for the position if you have training in and experience with project work and competencies such as MI, BIP, 7Tjugo, solution-focused approaches, or SE.
