About the Role As a Project Manager in Planning, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to production, industrialization, and capacity development. You will drive smaller projects independently or manage parts of larger projects alongside senior project managers. The role involves close collaboration with operators, maintenance personnel, technicians, and managers to ensure that investments, process changes, and new production solutions meet operational needs. Work is primarily on-site at the facility in Skövde, where you are expected to be present daily to create the best conditions for project success. You will work on projects aimed at, for example, increasing production capacity or introducing new products into production. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Drive and coordinate industrialization and investment projects. Plan and establish new production stations. Manage procurement of machinery, equipment, and production-related investments. Develop timelines, budget documentation, and project forecasts. Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with production, maintenance, technicians, procurement, and management. Identify risks and resolve operational challenges to minimize delays. Ensure that resources, materials, and equipment are in place before project implementation. Contribute to the development of work methods and production processes. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications YH or university degree in mechanical engineering, production, or similar field. Strong technical understanding and interest in production environments. Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written. Ability to drive your own work forward and take responsibility for deliverables. Desirable Qualifications Experience from process industry or manufacturing. Experience with industrialization projects, investments, or production development. Experience with SAP. Experience with procurement or supplier relationships.
