We are working on electrifying the ferries, and Vision 45 also opens up the use of smart digital solutions to reach our climate goals. To achieve these goals, we now need to hire a maritime engineer for a temporary position in our Technology and Environment Department. The position is located at Trafikverket's regional office in Stockholm/Solna. As a maritime engineer/project manager, you will be part of the Technology and Environment Department, which currently consists of 16 employees, a maintenance manager, and a technology and environment manager. The department plays a central role within Trafikverket Färjerederiet and provides support while driving continued development. In collaboration with operational services, districts, and shipyards, the department ensures that the business unit has efficient technical support. Some of the work tasks you will have include: be a contact person and technical support for a number of ferry routes (approximately 20) many on the west coast lead smaller projects and draw up specifications for maintenance work on our facilities participate in procurements and call-offs on Trafikverket's framework agreements for maintenance work on ferry terminals and guardhouses contribute to technical solutions and warranty issues maintain and follow up work in the database used for Trafikverket's facilities order and follow up investigations related to our facilities order and follow up inspections of guardhouses and ferry terminals participate in the development of maintenance programs for guardhouses and ferry terminals manage contacts with relevant authorities and suppliers Qualifications You need to thrive in a role with great responsibility where you are flexible, self-driven, and have a good ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues, managers, and external individuals/groups. You are goal- and solution-oriented and driven by development and continuous improvement. You have high integrity and an ethical and moral approach. The position also places great demands on your ability to communicate. We are looking for someone who has a higher engineering degree or other experience/education that we consider equivalent has several years of experience in project management within construction and infrastructure has several years of professional experience in the construction and infrastructure industry can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English has a driver's license for a car It is meritorious if you have experience working with harbor and dock facilities Other Information Would you like to work partially remotely?
