JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project manager, you are responsible for leading your projects through the entire process from early stage to completion and handover.
You will, among other things:
• Lead projects from concept and rough sketch to completion.
• Take responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and delivery.
• Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Drive procurement processes and manage contract-related matters.
• Ensure a structured handover to facilities management and operations.
• Handle risks, changes, and financial follow-up.
• Contribute to the development of our processes and working methods.
• Projects vary in size and complexity and include new construction, renovations, upgrades, and technical investments.
Senior Project Manager:
One of these positions is specifically designed for you if you have substantial experience in qualified project management.
As a senior project manager, you will have the opportunity to lead larger and more complex projects while also being an important resource in the team.
We would like to see that you:
• Have experience with large and complex construction or real estate projects.
• Are confident in construction law, procurement, and financial management.
• Can serve as a sounding board and support for other project managers.
• Dare to challenge and develop our working methods.

QUALIFICATIONS
