About the Role
In the role of project manager, you will plan, lead, and follow up on our industrial projects, from quotation and estimation to execution and delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards, as well as creating smooth collaboration between the customer, suppliers, and internal resources.

Your Profile
We are looking for you with experience in construction, assembly, or manufacturing in steel, piping, or mechanics, as well as experience in assembly supervision. You have a good understanding of contracting processes and contracting law (AB and ABT), and experience driving projects with a focus on schedule, quality, and budgets.
You are organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable with responsibility, while you communicate confidently with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors. Experience with steel contracting, process contracting, or mechanical contracting is a plus.
Requirements for the Position
Good knowledge of contracting law (AB and ABT)
Project management experience with responsibility for budgets, schedule, and quality
Practical experience from construction, assembly, or manufacturing in steel, piping, or mechanics
Experience working as BAS-U in previous projects
Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
Class B driver's license
Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Merits
Experience from water treatment projects (water plants, treatment facilities) and/or hydropower
Welding competence (IWS, welding supervisor, or equivalent)
Experience with turnkey contracting
