About the Role As a Project Manager for the field division at Viasales, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our projects on site. You will play a key role in ensuring that our field sales team's work is efficient and maintains high quality. Your responsibilities will include: Plan, organize, and drive field projects from start to finish. Lead and motivate field sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ensure that teams have the right conditions to succeed, including tools and information. Handle logistics and travel for field projects. Follow up on results and report to management, and continuously work on improvements. We're Looking for Someone Who: Has experience in project management, preferably in sales or similar fields. Has experience in sales within telecommunications companies. Is flexible and comfortable being away from home during the week. Is a natural leader who can inspire and build teams. Has strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Is solution-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
