The Stockholm office currently consists of a dedicated team of project managers and inspectors. As a project manager, you'll be an important part of our continued expansion, with the opportunity to influence both the business and how the team develops.

Your Responsibilities
As a project manager at Sefast, you'll be responsible for driving building projects from early investigations through final delivery. You represent the client throughout the process and ensure projects are completed with quality, on schedule, and within budget. Projects vary and primarily involve renovation and maintenance projects in residential and commercial properties, where you lead the work from early stages to completion.
Beyond project management, you'll play an important role in developing client relationships. You work closely with clients, identify new needs, and contribute to business growth by recognizing opportunities and building long-term client relationships. This role suits you if you enjoy combining project management with a business-minded and consultative approach.
In this role, you will, among other things:
- Drive building projects through all project phases – from pre-study and design to procurement, construction management, and closeout
- Manage multiple parallel projects with focus on quality, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project phases
- Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities with existing clients
- Contribute to developing work methods and operations together with your colleagues
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Post-secondary education in construction, such as construction engineering or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in a professional role within construction, such as project manager, construction manager, or design manager
- Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
We also consider it a merit if you have:
- Experience as a building consultant or from the client side
- Experience developing business and creating long-term client relationships
- Experience with civil engineering and infrastructure projects
