We're now looking for a self-driven project manager who wants to drive installation and improvement projects at a global industrial company in Oskarshamn. About the Role As a project manager, you'll be part of a production technology team of ten employees with different skills and experience levels. The group is characterized by a helpful and considerate culture where colleagues collaborate and support each other. You'll be responsible for approximately three to five parallel projects of varying scope and complexity. Projects might include installing lifting equipment, replacing PLC components, production restructuring, or major feasibility studies. In some projects, you'll take responsibility for the entire process, from feasibility study and supplier contacts to quote review, budget, schedule, and completed installation. You'll typically work with project teams of around six to ten people and have many contact points throughout the organization. This role is a parental leave cover position and suits someone who can quickly get up to speed on new tasks and independently drive work forward. Responsibilities: Lead multiple parallel installation and production technology projects Plan and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality Conduct feasibility studies and prepare decision-making materials Coordinate internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams Handle quote requests and supplier dialogue Identify risks, solve problems, and ensure progress Communicate project status and results to relevant stakeholders We're Looking for You If You: Have post-secondary education or equivalent work experience Have several years of work experience in roles where problem-solving, responsibility, and independent decision-making have been central Have experience leading people, teams, projects, initiatives, or operational activities Are used to working with multiple tasks or projects in parallel Have strong knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work It's a Plus If You Have: Experience from an industrial or manufacturing environment Education in production technology, industrial economics, or another relevant engineering field Experience with installation projects, production development, or continuous improvement work Experience with budget work, supplier contacts, and quote reviews To thrive in this role, we believe you're confident, self-driven, and experienced at taking responsibility. About the Engagement This is a time-limited consulting assignment, which means you'll be employed by Friday and work as a consultant for the client. The assignment is planned to run from January 4, 2027, to March 1, 2028.
