About the Role As a project manager, you're responsible for multiple projects in parallel and serve as the hub between customers, construction contractors, technicians, and internal functions. You drive projects forward through planning, follow-up, and ongoing communication. The role involves significant independent responsibility but also close collaboration with colleagues who are always available when needed. This responsibility includes project finances, follow-up, forecasting, and results. Examples of Work Tasks: Lead and coordinate construction projects Plan and assign work to technicians Ensure projects follow schedule, budget, and established goals Monitor finances, forecasts, and project results Handle changes, additions, and deductions (ÄTA) Serve as contact person for customers, construction contractors, and partners Conduct site visits and participate in construction meetings as needed Ensure clear communication and structure throughout the project Identify risks and report deviations in a timely manner Who Are We Looking For? Requirements for the Position: Have experience leading, coordinating, or distributing work in an operational business Have experience with budget, finance, or results follow-up Have good system experience and experience with administrative systems Have a Class B driver's license, as you'll be using a car to visit ongoing projects Have very good Swedish language skills and good English skills, both spoken and written Meritorious for the Position: Experience from the construction, contracting, or installation industry Experience from the locks, fittings, security, alarm, or electrical industry Knowledge of contract law (AB/ABT) Knowledge of construction processes and blueprint reading At our client, you'll have an important role in an operation where your work makes a real difference from day one.
